At Wulin,they joined Generals Hsu Huang and Chang He and their surviving soldiers and then continued to escape to the west.On their way from Wulin to Huajung,they were frequently ambushed by Sun Ch'uan and Liu Pei's allied forces.It started to rain but Ts'ao Ts'ao and his men marched on.They were very cold and hungry.
