Near Huajung,the road became very muddy,and the horses got stuck in the mud.It was too difficult to walk through,so Ts'ao Ts'ao sent his soldiers to find some grass and tree branches to put over the mud,and they continued to march.Many soldiers were so anxious to escape they trampled on the weaker ones.Many old,ill,and wounded soldiers died in the escape.
