Lin Ch'ung begged Lu Chin-shen,"Now that you have saved my life,please don't kill the two guards."Lu Chin-shen said to the guards,"I will spare your lives today.Now you two,hold up my brother and follow me."Then Lu Chin-shen,holding his staff,went ahead.The two guards didn't dare to say anything but held up Lin Ch'ung and followed Lu Chih-shen out of the forest.
