After breakfast the next morning,Ch'ai Chin took out a 25 ounce silver piece for Lin Ch'ung and some silver coins for the two guards.Then Ch'ai Chin saw them off at the village entrance and told Lin Ch'ung,"In a couple of days, I will ask someone to send you some warm clothes for the winter." Lin Ch'ung thanked Ch'ai Chin and said,"What can I ever do to thank you for your great kindness,my Great Lord?"
