While he was eating Lin Ch'ung heard a crackling sound outside of the temple.He jumped up and looked out through the gap of the door and saw a fire burning in the forage yard.He was just about to go out and put out the fire,when he heard three men approaching the temple.When the men arrived at the temple,they pushed on the door,but it was impossible to open it from the outside.
