King Huai was feeling greatly frustrated when a letter reached him from the King of Ch'in, inviting him to go to Wukuan,a Ch'in town,to discuss a rapprochement. The king could not decide whether to go or not.If he did not,he thought, Ch'u would continue to suffer defeat. But he did,he risked being taken prisoner.
