*0.5 lb. (225g) beef
*1.5 T. barbecue (Sa Tsa)
sauce
*1.5 T. soy sauce, 4 T.
water
*0.5 T. each: wine, sugar,
cornstarch
Method:
1. Cut beef into 2-inch wide
strips along grain, then
slice across the grain;
mix in soy sauce, barbecue
sauce, wine, cornstarch
and water. Mix 1 T. oil
with beef before frying so
beef will separate easily
during frying.
2. Heat 1.5 T. oil then stir-
fry beef until medium well
done remove. Use remaining
oil to stir-fry onion,
tomato and pepper. Add
soy sauce, sugar, salt,
water, cornstarch and
beef. Cover and cook
until steaming; stir
to mix well.
