*8 oz. shredded beef, 4 oz.
preserved vegetables, 1
red chilli, a dash of
sesame oil.
*1 T. soy sauce, 0.5 t,
sugar, 1 T. water, 1 t.
cornstarch.
Method:
1. Marinate beef with
vegetables, red chilli
and oil. Cut preserved
vegetables into strips.
Rinse in water. Drain.
Finely Chop chilli.
2. Stir fry beef in 3 T. of
oil until beef begins to
change color. Add chilli
and preserved vegetables.
Stir fry evenly.
Sprinkle sesame oil
before removing from
wok.
