*0.75 lb. (300g) boneless
chicken
*1 t. each: wine, black or
white sesame seeds
*0.5 t. salt
*1 t. minced garlic
*dash of pepper
*0.5 egg, 3 T. cornstarch
*oil for deep-frying, 0.5 lemon
Method:
1. Cut chicken into 12 pieces.
Mix the seasonings and
marinate.
2. Heat oil to medium then
deep-fry chicken 4
minutes. Turn heat to high
and continue to fry 3
minutes or until golden
brown; remove. Sprinkle
with lemon juice then
serve with dipping sauce.
May also be served with
"Mixed Lettuce Salad".
