*0.75 lb. (300g) broccoli
for cooking vegetables:
*6 c. water
*1 t. salt
*2 T. oil
Method:
1. Remove wilted leaves and
hard skin of the stem.
2. Cut vegetables into 4-
inch long pieces; rinse.
Bring to a boil; cook
begetables for 2 minutes.
Remove vegetables and
serve with seasoning.
