*2 boneless chicken legs,
0.75 lb. (300 g) or 1 lb.
*16 oz. chicken wings
*1 T. wine
*1 T. curry powder
*0.5 t. salt
*dash of pepper
Method:
1. Add the ingredients to
chicken legs; mix well.
2. Put meat in baking pan,
skin side up, then bake
at 450F-500F 25-30
minutes or until cooked
and skin is golden brown
and crispy; remove.
