*1.25 lbs. (600g) chicken
breast or legs, cut into
pieces
*1 T. wine
*0.75 t. salt
Method:
1. Marinate chicken in the
mixed seasonings.
2. Heat oil to medium then
deep-fry chicken 6
minutes. Turn heat high
and continue to deep-fry
4 minutes or until golden
brown; remove and serve
with dipping sauce. May
also be served with
"Mushroom & Avocado
Salad".
