*12 oz. pork loin, 4 oz.
black sesame seeds, 4 oz.
white sesame seeds, few
leaves of lettuce.
*0.5 T. wine. 1 t. salt, 0.25 t.
pepper, 1 egg, 2 T.
cornstarch, 1 T.
flour, 3 T. water.
Method:
1. Slice pork loin thinly.
Beat lightly and marinate
in wine, salt, pepper,
egg, cornstarch and water
for 10 minutes.
2. Dredge half of the pork
with white sesame seeds
and another half with
black sesame seeds. Deep
fry sesame coated pork
until golden. Remove and
place pork in the plate
which has been lined with
lettuce.
