*2 chicken drumsticks, 4
c. ice water, a little
coriander.
*1 T. salt, 1 c. Shaohsing
wine, 1 c. chicken soup.
Method:
1. Steam chicken for 15
minutes. Remove. Rinse
with ice water
immediately.
2. Mix salt, wine and chicken
soup well. Add chicken to
soak for 6 hours before
serving.
