*2 T. milk powder
*1.5 t. salt

*5 eggs
*2 c. flour
*5 T. shortening or pork fat
*10 T. water

Method:
1. Skin: Mix the ingredients of
flour, shortening, water and
salt together to make a
smooth dough; knead briefly
until very smooth; let stand
for 20 minutes then roll
into a baton-like roll and
cut it into 20 pieces.
2. Use a rolling pin to roll the
skin into a 3" circle; make
the edges thinner than the
center. Put the dough circle
in a mold. Lightly shake the
mold and arrange the dough
to line on the mold. Pleat
the edges.
3. Preheat oven to 350F. Beat
the eggs. Pour into the eggs
and mix well; strain. Pour
the strained mixture into
molds. Bake for 25 minutes;
remove and serve.
