*2 hard-boiled eggs (or
thousand-year-old eggs)
*1 lb. (400 g.) bean curd
*0.25 lb. (100 g.) tomatoes
*0.75 oz. (20 g.) white radish
sprouts
*1-0.5 T. soy sauce
*0.5 T. sesame oil
*1 t. sugar
*1 t. vinegar
*1 T. green onion (chopped)
Method:
1. Cut eggs into circular slices.
Cut bean curd and tomatoes
into 0.75'' cubes and set aside.
2. Place eggs, bean curd,
tomatoes and white radish
sprouts on serving plate.
Pour ok evenly mixed soy
sauce, oil, sugar, vinegar
and green onion. Serve.
