*4 beef ribs, 1 lb. (450g)
*3 T. soy sauce
*1 T. each sugar, wine
Method:
1. Cut ribs in half, making 8
ribs; marinate in beef
ribs, soy sauce and wine at
least 30min.
2. Heat 2 T. oil; fry ribs over
medium heat until both
sides are golden brown and
cooked (about 2 minutes for
each side). Remove and
serve with "Stir-fried
Spinach".
