*0.75 lb. (340g) fish, cut into
pieces
*3 T. soy sauce
*1 T. black vinegar
*0.5 T. each: sesame oil,
sugar, minced garlic,
ginger root
*2 T. chopped green onions
*1 hot pepper, sliced
Method:
1. Sprinkle soy sauce, black
vinegar, sesame oil, sugar,
minced garlic, ginger root,
green onions and hot
pepper over fish. Preheat
oven to 500F then bake
fish until cooked (about
15 minutes). Pour sauce
over fish and sprinkle
with green onions. Serve.
2. Mix and pour over fish.
Serve.
