*honeydew melon, papaya,
grapes, strawberries
*(may use other kinds of
fruits)
Method:
1. Look for just ripened
melon which will not
be easily browned when
served. Other fruits
chosen should not be
easily browned. The
fruits can be prepared
in advance, wrapped
with plastic wrap and
chilled in
refrigerator.
2. Dissolve some gelatine
powder in warm water
and let cool. Brush
fruits with gelatine
solution to make them
more shiny and prevent
browning.
