*2 steaks, 1 lb. (450g)
*1 T. minced garlic
*2 T. minced coriander
*1.5 T. butter
Method:
1. Sprinkle salt and pepper
on both sides of steaks.
2. Heat 1 T. oil or steak
fat then fry each side
of steaks 1 minute or
until golden brown.
Reduce heat to medium,
fry each side of steaks
2-3 minutes (adjust frying
time as desired). Add
butter and mix well. Serve
with "Stir-fried mushrooms
& Chinese Pea Pods".
