* 12 sweet rice balls

Ball Soup" for directions)
* 5 c. water
*0.5 c. sugar
*3 T. fermented rice wine
* 1 c. canned oranges or
peaches
* 2 c. beaten eggs
Method:
1. Bring 5 c. water to a
boil; add the rice balls
and cook them.
2. Add water, sugar,
fermented rice wine and
bring to a boil; add the
eggs and stir lightly.
Add the canned oranges
and serve.
