*3 c. cooked rice
*2 eggs, beaten
*3 T. minced green onions or
onion
*0.25 1b. (150g) shelled shrimp,
ham, sausage or ground
meat
*1 c. mixed vegetables, diced
*0.5 t. each salt, sugar
*1 T. soy sauce
*dash of pepper
Method:
1. Heat 4 T. oil then stir-fry
eggs until cooked.
2. Add green onions and stir-
fry until fragrant; add
shrimp and stir-fry until
cooked. Add mixed
vegetables, rice, and
salt, sugar, soy sauce
and dash of pepper; stir-
fry until rice is hot
and all ingredients are
mixed well, about 3
minutes.
