*1 T. each (minced):
fermented black beans,
garlic
*1 t. each: sesame oil,
minced green onions,
ginger root
*total of 1 c. (shredded):
onion, red & green
peppers
*0.5 t. sugar
*dash of pepper, salt
*0.5 T. each wine, cornstarch
*1 T. soy sauce, 4 T. water
Method:
1. Mix black beans and
garlic. Add in 1 T.
oil before frying to
separate meat.
2. Heat 1.5 T. oil; stir-fry
meat until medium well.
Move meat to side of pan.
Use remaining oil to
stir-fry onion, bamboo
shoots until fragrant.
Add wine, sugar,
cornstarch, sesame oil
and water. Stir-fry
briefly. Add 4 and mix
in meat; cover and cook
until steaming then
stir-fry to mix well.
