*6 oz. rice
*3 frogs 400g
*4 black mushrooms
*8 red dates
*1 T. onion
Meat Marinade:
*1 t. each of ginger juice,
light soy sauce, potato
starch and oil 0.5
teaspoon salt
*0.5 t. sugar
*a dash each of pepper,
sesame oil and chopped
garlic
Seasonings:
*adequate amount each of
boiled oil and light soy
sauce
Method:
1. Remove viscera, skins and
toe webs from the frogs,
cut them into pieces, mix
them well with the marinade
and marinate them for 10
minutes.
2. Soak black mushrooms
until soft; cut into
pellets and mix well with
frogs; wash red dates
clean, core and cut into
pellets.
3. Wash the rice clean; put
it in the electric rice
cooker; mix 1 teaspoon
each of oil and salt in
adequate amount of water
to boil for 2 minutes
add frogs and black
mushrooms continue
cooking.
4. As soon as the rice is
cooked, add red dates
and cover. Season and
sprinkle with onions.
