*3 oz. (90 g.) Chinese-style
ham
*6 oz. (180 g.) shrimp
(shelled)
*1 t. cooking wine
*0.25 t. salt
*1 t. cornstarch
*0.75 lb. (300 g.) bok choy
*2 T. green onion (chopped)
*0.5 t. salt
*1 T. water
*7 bowls germinated rice
*4 T. vegetable oil
Method:
1. Steam ham until done
(approximately 20 minutes).
Remove and thinly slice
into 0.75'' square pieces.
Add cooking wine, salt
and cornstarch to shrimp
and marinate for 10
minutes. Slice bok choy
into sections. 0.75'' long.
Set aside.
2. Heat 4 T. oil in preheated
wok. Add chopped green
onion and stir-fry until
fragrant. Add shrimp and
stir-fry until color
changes. Add ham and bok
choy; stir-fry to mix.
Add salt, water, rice and
oil, then cooked rice.
Mix well and simmer over
low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve.
