*0.5 T. SiChuan peppercorn,
soak to soften then chop
(or 1 t. SiChuan pepper-
corn powder)
*3 T. minced green onions
*1 T. minced ginger root
*3 T. soy sauce
*0.5 T. each: sugar, vinegar,
sesame oil
Method:
1. Slice the roast steak then
place on plate.
2. Mix and pour the
ingredients over steak and
serve with "Ham & Bean
Threads Salad".
