*6 oz. sliced pork
*6 oz. Chinese mushrooms
*0.5 lb. crispy crackling rice,
already prepared
*shredded bamboo shoots
*red chili pepper
*salt, sugar, cooking wine,
cooking vinegar
Method:
1. Mix sliced pork with
seasonings and fry
together.
2. Make the crispy crackling
rice, if not store store-
bought.
3. Serve dish by pouring
pork seasonings over
crackling rice (rice will
crackle!)
