*0.75 lb. (300g) squid or
cuttlefish (net weight)
*1 dried hot pepper, cut 0.5
inch long
*1 t. minced garlic
*0.5 T. sesame oil
*1 c. mixed vegetables, cut
into pieces
*2.5 T. each soy sauce,
water
*0.5 T. each sugar, wine
*1 t. each vinegar,
cornstarch
Method:
1. Above recipe to stir-fry
squid.
2. Use remaining oil to stir-fry
minced garlic, sesame oil
and mixed vegetables until
fragrant. Add soy sauce,
water, sugar, wine, vinegar
and cornstarch, then
vegetables and stir-fry
briefly. Add squid; cover
and cook until steaming
then stir-fry to mix well.
