*2 boneless steaks, 1 lb.
(450g) or 2 steaks with
bone, 1.25 1bs. (600g)
*0.25 t. salt
*0.25 t. black pepper
*1 T. butter
Method:
1. Sprinkle salt and pepper
on both sides of steaks.
2. Heat 1 T. oil or steak fat
then fry each side of
steaks 1 minute or until
golden brown. Reduce heat
to medium, fry each side
of steaks 2-3 minutes
(adjust frying time as
desired). Add butter and
mix well. Serve with
"Stir-fried mushrooms &
Chinese Pea Pods".
