cod (or any fish with few
bones)
*0.5 t. salt
*1 t. cooking wine
*0.5 t. soy sauce
*1 T. shredded Chinese
black mushroom
*1 T. shredded ginger root
*0.25 t. pepper
*0.5 t. sesame oil
*0.5 c. shredded green onion
*1 T. shredded ginger root
Method:
1. Cut fish into slices, 0.75''
thick. Place on dish, add
salt, wine and soy sauce;
marinate for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle shredded Chinese
black mushroom and
shredded ginger root over
fish. Place fish over
boiling water and steam
over high heat for about
8 minutes or until done.
Remove from heat. Sprinkle
with pepper, oil shredded
green onion, and
shredded ginger root.
Serve.
