*0.25 lbs intestine, 2 stalks
of spring onion, 2 slices
of ginger, 1 T. wine, 10
oz. sweet potato.
*1 T. hot bean paste, 1 t.
sweet bean sauce, 1 T.
wine,0.5 piece of red
fermented bean cake, 0.5 t;
0.5 t. chopped
ginger, 3 T. water, 1 T.
sesame oil, 2 pkt. rice
powder.
Method:
1. Clean intestine thoroughly.
turn inside out. Rub with
flour and salt for a
few times until there is
no smell. Boil intestine
in the mixtrue of water,
spring onion, ginger and
wine. Pour away water and
boil again with fresh
water. When cooked,
remove and cut each into
an inch long. Leave
aside; skin sweet potato.
Cut into pieces. Place in
steamer.
2. Mix hot bean paste, sweet
bean sauce, wine, cake,
ginger, water, oil and
rice powder with rice
powder and intestine. Pour
over sweet potato and
steam for 2 hours.
