1. Prepare the leavened
dough. Knead the dough
until it is smooth. If
the dough is too dry, add
water; if too moist, add
flour. Roll the dough to a
long baton-like roll and cut
into 12 pieces. Roll a piece
of dough into thin
rectangular shape. Brush
with sesame oil; roll both
sides toward the center;
crosswise press the center
with the length of a
chopstick. Roll the remaining
pieces of dough in the same
manner.
2. Let the rolls stand for about
10-30 minutes, then steam
them for 12 minutes (Method
