Method:
1. Heat 2 T. oil then stir-fry
onion until fragrant; add
tomato and stir briefly.
2. Add beef, carrot, wine,
soy sauce, ketchup, sugar
and dash of pepper, then
add 1 cup water; bring to
boil. Reduce heat to low
and cook 1 hour or until
meat is tender and liquid
reduced to 0.75 ; thicken
with mixed. This dish is
suitable to serve with
cooked noodles.
