*1 lb spareribs, a little
Chinese parsley and
lettuce.
*0.5 t. meat tenderizer, 1 T.
soy sauce, 1 T. flour, 1
T. cornstarch, 2 T. water,
a little red food
colouring.
*2 T. tomato ketchup, 0.5 T.
chilli oil, 2 T. sugar,
2 T.
Method:
1. Clean and drip dry
spareribs, marinate in
meat tenderizer, soy
sauce, flour cornstarch
and water for 20 minutes.
2. Heat oil in wok. Deep-fry
spareribs until crispy.
Remove from wok.
3. Heat 1 T. oil in wok. Bring
tomato ketchup, oil, sugar
and water to boil until
fragrant. Add deep-fried
spareribs. Quickly stir
thoroughly before removing
to a serving plate.
