*0.75 lb. (300g) asparagus
for cooking vegetables:
*6 c. water
*1 t. salt
*2 T. oil
Method:
1. Trim off the hard skin
and rinse.
2. Bring vegetables, water,
salt and oil to a boil;
place asparagus, stem
end first, in boiling
water for 1 minute then
cook the whole asparagus
for another minute.
Remove asparagus, cut
in half, then serve
with seasoning.
