*0.5 lb. (225 g) boneless
chicken leg or breast,
shredded
*0.5 T. each: wine, soy sauce
*0.25 t. salt
*dash of pepper
*0.75 T. cornstarch
*10 sections green onions,
0.5 -inch long
*0.5 T. each: minced garlic,
sesame oil
*total of 1.5 c. (diced):
cucumber, water
*chestnuts, red pepper
*2.5 T. each: soy sauce,
water
*0.5 T. each sugar, vinegar,
wine
*dash of pepper
*1 t. cornstarch
Method:
1. Mix diced chicken, green
onions, garlic and sesame.
2. Heat oil and stir-fry it
until medium well then
move to side of pan; stir-
fry green onions in
remaining oil.
3. Add soy bean sauce,
water, sugar, vinegar,
wine; then stir to mix
well.
