*1 T. wine
*dash of pepper
*0.25 t. salt
*0.75 T. cornstarch
*0.25 lb. (150g) shelled shrimp
*4 eggs
*0.5 T. wine, 0.25 t. salt
*dash of pepper
*sesame oil as desired
*0.75 c. fresh or froZen
vegetables, diced and
cooked, as desired
*3 T. chopped green onions
Method:
1. Marinate shrimp in wine
and salt. Add 1 T. oil
before frying to
separate shrimp.
2. Heat 1.5 T. oil then stir-fry
shrimp until medium well;
Use remaining oil to stir-
fry green onions, minced
garlic and ginger root until
fragrant;
3. Mix and add egg, sugar,
wine, salt, oil, cornstarch
and water, then bring to a
boil. Stir to mix well.
