*1 lb pork tenderloin, 1 green
pepper, 0.5 onion, 5 slices
pineapple.
*1.25 t. salt, 0.5 t. soy sauce,
1 egg, 1 T. cornstarch, 2 T.
water.
*4 T. tomato ketchup, 0.25 t.
salt, 1 cup pineapple juice,
1 t. sesame oil, 1 t.
cornstarch.
Method:
1. Cut the pork into pieces.
Lightly beat it with the
back of the cleaver, add
salt, soy sauce, egg,
cornstarch and water;
marinate for 10 minutes.
Dredge the pork, piece by
piece, through the
cornstarch. Deep-fry in hot
oil until golden.
2. Cut green pepper, onion,
pine apple into pieces.
Heat 2 T. oil in wok. Stir-
fry green pepper, onion and
pineapple until fragrant.
Add tomato ketchup, salt,
oil, cornstarch and deep-
fried pork. Stir a few
times. Serve immediately.
