*0.5 c. sliced chicken, pork,
or beef
*0.25 t. salt
*1 t. cornstarch
*1 t. salt
*0.5 T. wine
*sesame oil as desired
*dash of pepper
*4 c. chicken stock
*1 c. mixed vegetables,
sliced
Method:
1. Add salt and cornstarch
to meat; stir to mix well.
2. Bring wine, dash of pepper
and chicken stock to boil;
add meat and vegetables
and cook until all
ingredients are cooked.
