Tingmei by style name,Wan'an by sobriquet,a native of Changzhou,JiangSu province,was a painter of the Ming dynasty.He excelled in painting landscapes,utilizing plump brush-strokes,in pure sublime style,which influenced Shen Zhou.He was also talented in calligraphy,poetry etc.
