Mengduan by style name,Youshi,Jiulong shanren and Aoshou by sobriquets,a native of Wuxi,JiangSu province,was a painter of the Ming dynasty.He excelled in painting landscapes,ink bamboo,following the style of Wang Meng and Ni Zan,in a free and uninhibited taste,being the best at that time.He was also talented in calligraphy and poetry.
