A native of Wuhu,Anhui province,was a painter of the Ming dynasty.His style name was Chimu,Wumeng daoren,Zhongshan daoren by sobriquets. He excelled in painting landscapes,utilizing dry and twisting brushstrokes with strength.He was also talented in calligraphy,poetry and temperament.He had a work "Mei Hua Tang Posthumous manuscript".
