The painter in the Qing Dynasty,a native of She county, Anhui province.His style name was Liu Qi.After the Ming Dynasty fallen,he became a monk.After he had studied the style of Ni Zan, his landscapes executed simple but elegant strokes. He was the representative of the "Xin'an" School literati and was called as "Four Masters in Haiyang" with Zha Shibiao, Wang Zhiduan and Sun Yi.On the other hand, he was honored as the "Four Great Masters of monk in the early Qing Dynasty" with Zhu Da, Kun Can and Shi Tao.
