A native of Taicang,JiangSu province,was a painter of the Qing dynasty.His style name was Xuanzhao, Xiangbi and Ranxiang anzhu by sobriquets.He excelled in painting landscapes, following the style of Dong Yuan,Ju Ran and The Four Sects of The Yuan Dynasty, in a pure and minute style, utilizing precise color. Wang Shimin, Wang Hui, Wang Yuanqi and he were called "The Four Wang", which were called "The Six Sects of the Early Qing Dynasty", together with Wu Li and Yun Shouping.
