It is located in Luo-Gang which is in the north-west suburbs of Yang zhou,in JiangSu Province.Luogang is a famous area of scenery,an essential place of Yangzhou's gardening.The "Ping Shan Tang" in "Zhongfeng Shan"was built by a famous writer in the North Song dynasty for entertaining guests,enjoying scenery,and creating poems.Existing "Yue Guan"in "ChangChun Ling" was reconstructed at the end of Qing dynasty.Facing it there is a pond digging for finding artistic conception to enjoy the moon. Compared with west-lake in Hangzhou,it has an unique character--meager and pretty.Each garden beside the lake is built at the side of the water.They are independent to each other but have a common apace over "Shouxi Hu".All of the hall,court,building and pavilion have their natural scene and artificial landscape taking sight with form,borrowing landscape of beautiful elegance and natural unrestraint.
