Waters are another feature of China.The longest river of China and of Asia, Yangtze River, flowing about 5,551 km from Xizang (Tibet) to the East China Sea.Another famous and important river is the Yellow River,our "Mother River" which is named for the vast quantities of yellow silt it carries to its delta. The river is also sometimes called "China's Sorrow" because of the devastating floods that once occurred regularly.Most rivers are located in south of China for its climate and abundant rainfall.Their crystal-clear water with different features such as butterflies ,fish and enchanting sight. The rivers have been important trade and transportation routes.
